Do I need an account to pay?
No. You can pay without an account and Premium works only on the device and browser you paid on. With a free account you can use Premium on up to 5 devices and keep access if you change phones or clear your browser.
Does Pix renew automatically?
No. Each R$ 29.90 Pix unlocks 30 days. Pay again before it ends and the days add up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In "My account" you cancel renewal with one click and stay Premium until the end of the paid period.
Can I use the same account on several devices?
Yes, on up to 5 devices (computer, phone, tablet). For larger teams, use the Business plan: each person has their own login.
How does the Business plan's 1,000-use limit work?
Each use of a Premium feature (an AI review, a letterhead document, an assistant export) counts as 1. The total is shared by everyone on the team and resets every month.
Do you issue receipts?
Our payment processor emails you a payment receipt.
